PHYLAX is built on the belief that you shouldn't have to trust what you can't verify — and that applies to this website too. Here, in plain language, is what phylaxwallet.com collects, why, and how you stay in control. We collect as little as possible.
1. Who this covers
PHYLAX is an open-source, Bitcoin-only hardware wallet project. This policy covers the website at phylaxwallet.com. If you have any question about your data, email privacy@phylaxwallet.com.
2. What we collect
Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. We use Umami, a lightweight analytics tool that measures visits and page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, logs no IP addresses, and collects nothing that identifies you — which is why this site needs no cookie banner.
Newsletter — only if you subscribe. If you enter your email in the subscribe form, we store that email (through Netlify Forms) for one purpose: to send you production updates. We don't ask for your name, and we never sell or share it.
Server logs. Our host keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and requested page) to run and secure the site. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Cookies & local storage
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, and the only thing we store in your browser is your language preference (EN/TH) — it stays on your device and is never sent to anyone.
4. Newsletter
The email you give us is stored by Netlify Forms and used only to send PHYLAX updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing privacy@phylaxwallet.com.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a few third parties: Umami for cookieless, privacy-first analytics; Netlify for hosting and for storing newsletter sign-ups; and Google Fonts, which serves the site's fonts and may receive your IP when a page loads. Each has its own privacy terms.
6. Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA — and similar laws elsewhere — you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, email privacy@phylaxwallet.com and we'll respond promptly.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the Journal.
