These terms cover your use of phylaxwallet.com. PHYLAX is an open-source hardware wallet still in development — this website exists to share the project and let you follow along. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

phylaxwallet.com is an informational website for the PHYLAX project. The device is not yet for sale, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product or a security. Prototype details, specifications and dates are shared as we build and may change.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Bitcoin and self-custody carry real risk, including the permanent loss of funds if you lose your keys or recovery phrase. You alone are responsible for your decisions — do your own research.
3. Work in progress
This site describes work in progress. Statements about the device, its features, timeline (including any conference or launch dates) and pricing are goals, not promises, and may change or not happen. We build in the open and update as things evolve.
4. Intellectual property
The PHYLAX name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. Brand assets are provided under CC BY-ND 4.0; the firmware and hardware designs, when published, carry their own open-source licences. You may share links and quote us with attribution, but please don't copy the site wholesale or imply endorsement.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services (such as our newsletter provider, analytics and our Facebook page). We're not responsible for their content or practices — please review their own terms and privacy policies.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PHYLAX and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.
